So a buyer is coming to my town on Thursday thru Monday. He says that he will spend Friday and Sunday with me and Thursday and Saturday with another agent. He will then pick who he wants to spend Monday with. He also promises that if I show him the home he wants he will buy it from me. This guy was referred to me by his daughter that is also coming to town one month later to purchase a home. Both are in the 500k range. Do I drop the buyer and hope to keep the daughter, show the father for a couple of days and cross my fingers, or what?
